CPD Courses for Psychotherapists
Continuing Professional Development Programme in Collaboration with the Portman Clinic
The seminars are open to clinicians working with adults, adolescents or children who are qualified in counselling or psychotherapy with a psychodynamic or psychoanalytic approach.
We are pleased to be able to reconvene this popular series of Friday afternoon CPD seminars in conjunction with the Portman Clinic.
Each of the two groups will run from 2.30pm – 5.30pm and consist of a theory seminar with discussion of papers followed by a clinical seminar where group members will take turns to present some clinical sessions to be thought about.
Group 1 will be organised around specific psychoanalytic concepts.
Group 2 will be organised around specific areas of psychopathology.
The seminars are open to clinicians working with adults, adolescents or children who are qualified in counselling or psychotherapy with a psychodynamic or psychoanalytic approach.
Seminars will be led by staff from the Portman Clinic and senior psychoanalytic clinicians from the region. The Portman has an international reputation for its expertise in treating the most difficult of patients. To access more CPD information at the Tavistock and Portman website, click here.
