Introductory and Advanced Programmes in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool

NSCAP is working with colleagues in the region to support a programme of continuing professional development focused on the experience of leading and working in organisations. We run an annual group relations conference and a monthly CPD course aimed at providing participants with the opportunity to develop their understanding of the psychodynamics of work, organisations, and the individuals and groups within them.

Building on psychoanalytic and systemic concepts, this programmes introduces participants to contemporary papers in the area of consultancy and organisational development and invites them to think about the issues raised in relation to their own area of work. We run separate introductory programmes in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool and also advanced programmes when we have sufficient "graduates" of the introductory courses.
